I very much like dan's layout and love the font for the cover mock-up. Below I've included a really nice gradient set, with colours similar to those we were interested in. Also will the cover only be typographic? Or image also? I think it could be nice to have an image of the gay card, but then is this too much "gay" stuff for one cover? I think screen printing will allow us the most interesting cover.

ReplyDeleteBeen chatting with Jed today though and I think we might need to start considering having it as one big book, rather than 3 sections.
Will be really cool to have them in three sections, but the way the essays coming together the first section could pretty much be a leaflet!
If it does just become one book then we can seperate the sections within the book with different coloured end papers or something? Illustrations of the iconic 90's characters (Jed's still pushing for Shipman...)
